Back again...

Well, I am going to try to better about blogging... Sure, I am, really! Where to start???
Ella will turn 8 this August and Jenna will be 7 in June, oh my goodness- I just can't believe that! My baby girls are not babies anymore. Everyone tells you that they grow up so fast, but you just don't realize how fast. My girls and Jason are my world. They are everything to me. Life has been hard the last few years, but by the grace of God, we are where we are. It is not the best of places but hey, we are still here. :-) Ella is finishing 1st grade and Jenna is finishing Kindergarten. I can't believe how fast each school year continues to go by. Ella is doing well and learning more and more every day. She is participating in the Miracle League, which is baseball and she absolutely loves it! She is on a team with 2 classmates and one of the dads is the coach. Their team name is the Orioles and they are undefeated! :-) Jenna is playing soccer pretty much year round and loves it. It is just unbelievable that at 6 years old, she is having to choose a sport. What has this world come to that a 6 year old is having to play the same sport year round in order to keep up? If she wants to play softball, she has to miss a season of soccer. CRAZY! Jason owns his own construction company and has for the last few years. Business has been rough with the economy the way it is, but he is trucking along. He would like to find something else, so he can get a paycheck and not be responsible for finding work. It makes for a stressful situation. Plus, too many people are watching these HGTV and DIY shows and think that construction should not cost as much as it does. I am working for EPMS still and have for 6 years, 10 months. I have moved around in the company and it has afforded me the opportunity to be at home and school when my girls need me. I definitely have always wanted to be a mom who could be involved in my kids' school programs and this job has allowed me to do that. I am taking on more responsibility at school by being the 1st VP over Membership in the PTA. It is a two year term... We'll see how that goes, hopefully, well. This is all I have time for tonight, I'll have to update again soon!
